This is a gorgeous unique light weight flocked woven fabric. It's not as stiff and has a little less volume than organza, but more similar to organza than a chiffon.
The floral flocked design has a velvety feel to it. It would be great for an outer layer on a dress, skirt, blouse, or even a fancy shawl.
