Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been fulfilled and handed over to a shipping company, the fate of the package is out of our hands. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping company directly.

USPS first class packages are not insured.  If a USPS first class package is lost or stolen, USPS will not issue a refund for your package. 

Packages that are sent via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, and DHL are insured. We will do whatever we can to help facilitate a resolve, but ultimately we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
