Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is completed and payment is received. Custom orders may take longer. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Domestic Shipping

We ship within the United States via USPS (Ground Advantage and Priority Mail) and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, and you may upgrade to a faster service or add insurance at checkout.

Free shipping: US orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage. Faster services such as Priority Mail are available at the regular rate.

Delivery Estimates

The delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates. They include our 1–3 business day processing time plus the carrier's estimated transit time. Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is out of our control. USPS and UPS do not guarantee their delivery estimates, and delays can happen because of weather, holidays, or high package volume. We're unable to refund shipping charges for carrier delays, but we're always happy to help track down a package. For lost or stolen packages, please see our Lost or Stolen Packages page.

If you're working against a deadline, please email us at info@felinusfabrics.com before placing your order. We'll let you know honestly whether your date is realistic and help you choose the best shipping option.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via USPS, UPS, and DHL. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, and international packages may be delayed by customs processing, which is outside our control.
