When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. If there are any issues with your order, I will contact you. Please make sure to respond in a timely manner so that I can ship your package within the 1-3 business days time frame. Otherwise there may be delays.
Shipping seems a bit high, do you refund shipping overages?
I'm working on a better system, but in the meantime, yes if your shipping overage exceeds $1.00, I will automatically send you a refund for the excess shipping cost.
Some items in your shop do not have detailed fabric information such as weight or fabric content, why?
Almost all of the items in the shop are sample and overstock goods from production companies. This means that these materials are meant to go straight to production and not to retails stores. So most of the time, they are not labeled with detailed fabric information. If there isn't an exact content, I am making an educated guess. But I am working on trying to add as much information as possible.
If I order more than 1 yard, will I be able to get it in one continuous piece?
Yes, unless otherwise stated in the listing that it is sold by the piece, if you order multiple yardages, it will be cut in one continuous piece. Occasionally a roll of fabric or trim will have a break or a discrepancy in the roll. If that happens for fabrics, I will contact you. If that happens for a large order of trim, I will include extra yardage. If that happens for a small quantity, I will contact you.
Can I put an item on hold?
I'm afraid not.
Do you offer wholesale pricing or bulk discounts?
Yes I do offer bulk discounts on fabrics with a minimum purchase of 25 yards per fabric. And I offer bulk discounts on trim rolls with a minimum of 100 yards on the roll. If you would like a quote, please email the item number(s) and quantity you with to purchase to: email@example.com
