When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. If there are any issues with your order, I will contact you. Please make sure to respond in a timely manner so that I can ship your package within the 1-3 business days time frame. Otherwise there may be delays.
Do you refund shipping overages?
Yes, if your shipping overage exceeds $1.00, I will automatically send you a refund for the excess shipping cost.
Some items in your shop do not have detailed fabric information such as weight or fabric content, why?
Most of the items in the shop are deadstock goods from production companies (leftover materials/supplies.) This means that these materials were already opened up to be used for manufacturing, and the tags have already been taken off. If there isn't an exact content, I am making an educated guess. But I am working on trying to add as much information as possible.
If I order more than 1 yard, will I be able to get it in one continuous piece?
Yes, unless otherwise stated in the listing that it is sold by the piece, if you order multiple yardages, it will be cut in one continuous piece. Occasionally a roll of fabric or trim will have a break or a discrepancy in the roll. If that happens for fabrics or small quantity trims, I will contact you. If that happens for a large order of trim, I will include extra yardage.
Can I put an item on hold?
I'm afraid not.
Do you offer swatches?
We are working on that right now. Soon you'll be able to purchase a swatch for fabrics that have an availability of at least 10 yards.
Do you offer wholesale pricing or bulk discounts?
Yes I do offer bulk discounts on fabrics with a minimum purchase of 25 yards per fabric. And I offer bulk discounts on trim rolls with a minimum of 100 yards on the roll. Please email the item number(s) and quantity you would like to purchase to: email@example.com , and we'll send you a quote.
