This is a super fun ruffle knit fabric made from polyester spandex on a mesh fabric. There is a little space between the ruffles, and that part is the see through mesh. It would be great for dance costumes, performance wear, and even beach wear!
Fabric Information:
2 way stretch
polyester spandex, nylon blend
52/54 inches width
The ruffles are 1/2 inch from seam to edge.
Color: purple, blue, yellow, green, black, off white
