Turtle Shell Lasercut Piece Findings

This is an incredibly gorgeous higher end unique laser cut piece. I'm not even sure what to call it as I have never seen anything like it. I think it would be great to use it on embellishing accessories, hand bands, headbands, even an alternative for a bow on gift wrapping? Each one is a little different in the coloration. Please note, you may not get the one in the first photo.
