This is a rare higher end novelty fabric. It looks like burnout, but I'm not exactly sure if it is.
The black floral part is a loosely woven basket weave. It's semi sheer. The black and white part looks like classic gingham weave.
This is a lighter weight fabric that has a similar weight to shirting. It would be great for tops, dresses, skirts, and more!
